SHIPPING AND RETURNS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When you find an item you’d like to buy:
Select ‘Add to Bag’ to add it to your shopping bag;
Once you’ve added all the items you want, go to your shopping bag, review all the items;
Click checkout and choose how you’d like to pay.

If the item has already been posted, you may incur delivery and return costs. Please see our returns information below.
We will send your items within 3-5 working days, usually faster. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
Timings for international shipping are likely to be longer. All import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If customs fees are not paid the item will be shipped back to us, you will receive a refund minus any costs.
Items bought can be returned 14 days from the date the order was placed. Contact us on support@encorelamode.com and request a return and we will send you a label. A fee of £8 for (domestic orders) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and insurance cost. If you want to use your own return method please see the section below POSTING RETURNS.
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER FREE RETURNS
Any item being returned to us must be unworn, unused and not damaged in any way. If there are any signs of use, then we may not be able to process a refund and the item sent back to the buyer.
You need to make sure the item is securely packaged and in the condition you received it in. You must use a tracked delivery service, so it is insured and we can keep an eye on it. This also means if the package goes missing, it’s easier for us to locate and means we can still arrange a refund. You are able to arrange for a return through your account.
We cannot process a refund if your parcel goes missing using an untracked delivery service.
If you are returning items from outside the UK, you are responsible for the payment of shipping and duties.

For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return hats, underwear and swimwear items. We are not able to process any refunds these items.
